About Cross Your Tees

Almost exactly 6 years ago(October 13th is the anniversary), I was a car wreck that nearly killed me and one of my best friends. My friend was in a coma for 3 months afterward and is still physically handicapped. He never gave up though, and has come much farther than any of the doctors believed possible. I lost about 85% of my memory, most of which still hasn't returned. I also had a lot of physical injuries. Some of them followed me for 3 or so years, some of them still effect me.

I was already a Christian at the time, but God used that event to change and shape my life. He's brought me a long way over the past 5 years.

On In memory of that event and to show how far God has brought me in the time since, I opened an online store to sell Christian themed t-shirts. Through High School, I was always the guy who had a t-shirt with a funny saying on it, but only a couple of them had a Christian message on them. Now, I'll still be the guy with the t-shirts, but I'll be using them to spread God's Word(guess it just goes to show that God can use any area of your life). The first shirts went up for sale on October 13th, 2007. At that time, it wasn't completely set up though. I still only have one design for sale(it's a design I made using one of my dad's ideas, so that is special to me too and I thought it fitting since he played such a big role in my recovery). Currently I'm waiting for God to tell me it's time to make the next step... I think that time is coming soon.

I wasn't far into the planning stages of all this, when God dropped a bigger plan in my lap. First, I was the guy wearing the shirts. Now I'll be the guy designing and selling the shirts. The third step in this plan is to be the guy printing the shirts. I plan to eventually open a screen printing shop. With that, I will be able to supply my online store, and also print shirts for others. I would like my primary customers to be churches, youth groups, Christian charities, fundraisers for things like mission trips, and Christian musicians/music groups.
